This mailer from the Senate Majority Fund calls Republican candidate Christine Jensen "a small business owner who is ready to shake up the Colorado bureaucracy." It says she'll "prioritize funding our roads" and "make sure our teachers are paid what they deserve," while cutting "Government's fraud and abuse".

The mailer doesn't identify what "fraud and abuse" exist in state government, nor does it say that transportation funding will increase. And teacher pay is set not by the legislature but by local school districts.

Jensen faces state Rep. Jessie Danielson in this open Senate seat centered in Wheat Ridge and Arvada.
