About the message:
This mailer from super PAC Club for Growth Action criticizes Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush for supporting the Green New Deal, Medicare for all and higher taxes. Mitsch Bush has backed off some of those stances since she lost to GOP Rep. Scott Tipton in 2018.
This year, she faces Republican Lauren Boebert, the Rifle restaurant owner who defeated Tipton in the June 30 primary. Club for Growth Action is spending nearly $500,000 to oppose Mitsch Bush.
About the messenger:
Club for Growth is a conservative group focused on limited government, conservative public policies and economics, including cutting taxes.
The messenger's money:
Richard Uihleigh of Illinois is the super PAC's top donor this cycle at $16.5 million. Denver's Terry Considine, a Club for Growth co-founder and former state senator, gave $200,000 and Goldon's Jeff Coors gave $100,000 to the PAC.
